Select the appropriate graduation term (Fall, Spring, or Summer) to begin your graduation application. All students must submit a graduation application for one of these terms, regardless of whether they plan to attend the commencement ceremony.

• Deadlines:
  • Apply by October 1st for the following Spring graduation (spring commencement ceremony)
  • Apply by March 1st for the following Summer or Fall graduation (winter commencement ceremony)
• A $25 late fee applies after the deadline.

Important Note:

If you do not plan to attend the ceremony and would like a diploma cover mailed to you, you must submit the Absentia Application in addition to your Fall, Spring, or Summer graduation application. The absentia form is a supplemental application and cannot be submitted in place of the required graduation application.
