Request a Diploma Cover for Absentia Applicants

Use this form if you would like to receive a diploma cover, but do not plan to attend the commencement ceremony.

• If you are graduating in absentia, you must still complete the Application for Graduation (undergraduate student application, graduate student application) and pay the required graduation fee.

• Your diploma will be mailed automatically to the address on file, whether or not you complete this form.

• Submitting this form ensures that a diploma cover is also mailed to you.

• To update your mailing address, submit the address change form found at MY.UNCP.EDU
